Each item is described by its actual condition, for example unused surplus, used, refurbished or as-is. We describe only what we know about an item and do not claim test results or certifications we do not hold.

Photos and nameplates
Where available, we share photographs of the item, its nameplate, model or serial plate and visible condition, so you can confirm it is the right part before ordering.
Checks before dispatch
Before dispatch, items are checked against the agreed make, model, part number and quantity in your quotation.
Buyer or third-party inspection
You may inspect the item yourself or appoint an inspector before dispatch. Timing and any cost are agreed in advance as part of the quotation.
What is agreed in writing
The exact condition, any testing, documents supplied and any warranty are confirmed in writing in your quotation. The quotation is what applies to your order.
